Good software is the product of a careful analytical approach during the design and development phases. But without professional maintenance and user-oriented support, even a good product can turn into a problem.

Our support experts are proud of the special service iBS provides, which impressively documents our clear customer focus. You can expect fast responses when you contact us – you are not put through to a call center but are always looked after by a qualified employee or, on request, by your own dedicated contact person. And if a system fails, you can reach us around the clock using a special contact number.

Professional Tools for Professional Support

Solutions sold exclusively through SAP, namely SAP CYT, SAP RBD, and RR-Analyzer, are supported and maintained via SAP Service Marketplace. For products sold by iBS directly, which are covered by our Primary & Development Support program, we use our own professional maintenance and reporting tool iBS-OS. We currently support 12 products with 27 releases.

iBS maintenance and support service includes:

  • Providing instantaneous instructions/information or complete service packs to enhance functions or fix bugs
  • Adapting software free-of-charge in the event of legal changes (as contractually agreed)
  • Receiving change requests and consulting querie
  • Providing support via service desks with the option of escalating issues directly. iBS solutions also benefit from telephone support. All in English and German.
